 Why the name Aligned 2 Win Mentorship ? Because you are a three-part being. You’re a spirit that has a soul that lives in a body. Your spirit should be leading your soul and body in how to win in life. A2W has different programs to do just that--to help your body, soul, and spirit live a balanced, victorious life in our Lord Jesus Christ.

Aligned 2 Win Mentorship also means cultivating a relationship with the Person of the Holy Spirit. By training your spirit to interact with Him, the true you will eventually emerge. He, the Spirit, is the only Person who can help you hear the Lord clearly.

We here at the Color Prism Bible want to be with you every step of the way to help you grow and mature to the full stature of Jesus Christ. Through the A2W programs, you will prepare yourself to be a more vibrant and fruitful part of the Body of Christ. No matter where you are in your walk with Christ we can meet you. You do not have to worry about how much Bible you know to get started. Why? Because Jesus chose 12 ordinary men--none with seminary degree--to be His disciples.  Jesus showed us that discipleship cannot just be studied but most be demonstrated as well. 

            Now when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, and perceived that they were uneducated    and untrained men, they marveled. And they realized that they had been with Jesus.  -Acts 4:13 [KJV] 

Aligned 2 Win Mentorship is not trying to fit you into our program but to tailor a mentorship program that fits your life so you can be a witness. Not just talking about the life of Jesus Christ but living it out daily. We have designed a self-evaluating and self-paced system to help walk with you. While Jesus walked with the disciples daily, He got to know them on a personal level as well as a professionally level. It is more important to develop your character then your gift as a disciple. Your gift will open doors for you but it is your character that keeps you there.

We start off by you filling out your own private questionnaire about your life and where you are in Christ. After going over it with you, we will help you chose the online classes. Whether you are married or single, a parent raising children, a student, or managing a career or even a retired, there is help for you here. Who you become in God’s Kingdom is based on your level of input. There are eight levels to the A2W program. The first level of mentorship is free, but as you need more materials and personal coaching there is a nominal fee. 

The first level of this mentorship program is the baby level. It is OK to be a baby in Christ. Jesus Himself started there but He did not stay there. Jesus had to grow through the natural stages of life just as we do. A newborn baby does not know how to communicate what his needs are and cries about everything. The same is true when you are a babe in Christ, you cry to get your spiritual needs met. The Person of the Holy Spirit knows how to recognize your cries to help meet your needs. 

The baby stage of mentorship is all about you learning to understand what you really need as opposed to all your wants. Your wants may not always be the best thing for you at the time. As you grow in God’s Word, you should become better at understanding what your needs are and  who you are in Christ and better able to live in God’s will for your life.
